We are looking for a Customer Service Representative! The candidate will be responsible for responding to first-line client and end-user support queries. Previous experience of working within a start-up team for a SaaS, online marketing or fintech business is highly desired. The successful candidate will be a strong team player with a solid work ethic and solution focused attitude. The candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to deal with a large volume of work as well as possessing excellent communication skills.
The candidate will report directly to the Head of the department and will be responsible for responding to first-line client and end-user support queries during a period of continued growth. The successful candidate must be a pro-active self-starter with a high attention to detail who will thrive in a start-up environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within pre-defined SLAs; follow up to ensure resolution
- Managing ticket flow on the Zendesk customer support platform
- Work directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders for updates on specific orders
- Work directly with suppliers to organise refunds, returns, credits, and product swaps
- Processing manual orders for customers on behalf of clients
- Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
- Work directly with the operations team to support with additional tasks and projects
Experience:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative for a SaaS, Fintech or Online Marketing business is highly desired for this role, minimum 1 year experience.
- Previous experience of working for a customer loyalty / rewards / benefits / e-commerce business in a Customer Service capacity is highly desirable.
- Previous experience of working for a technology startup is highly desirable
- Experience in the gaming / gifting industries is a bonus
- High level of proficiency and experience in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)

Job Desccription
The Engineering Supervisor oversees and directs subordinates, ensuring that the plant's facilities and equipment are well-maintained. They play a crucial role in training new employees, enforcing safety protocols, and resolving equipment issues. The supervisor also collaborates closely with the Engineering Manager or Superintendent. This position is located in West Jordan, Utah.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ensures plant facility and equipment are maintained according to standards.
- Assists Engineering Manager or Engineering Superintendent in the performance of assigned duties.
- Plans, assigns and supervises work of Engineering Personnel on assigned shift.
- Trains new employees in accordance with established training programs and plant procedures.
- Demonstrates procedures unique to plant operations.
- Supervises and/or participates in the repair and maintenance of all plant machine and equipment.
- Reads, understands and implements schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Maintains good employee relations.
- Promotes established safety programs and ensures safe operating procedures and monitor employee compliance.
- Ensures that work areas are cleaned and organized during assigned shift.
- Ensures compliance with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
- Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
- Responsible for reporting food safety issues.
Desired Experience:- 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations, maintenance or utilities operations is preferred.
- A demonstrated knowledge in Industrial Electrical wiring, motor control, PLC.
- Equipment repair, Industrial Equipment installation, start-up, repair, etc.
- Experience in the installation, diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment through troubleshooting required.
- Electrical troubleshooting is desired.
- Experience or knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC), and Networking devices a plus.
- Allen Bradley experiences a plus.
- Managing/overseeing a Preventative Maintenance Program.
- SAP experience is a plus.
Essential Job Functions & Requirements:- Mobility: - Physically capable of rapid, unimpeded movement to all areas of the plant. - Able to climb fixed and portable ladders. - Able to crawl under and climb onto machinery and equipment. - Able to enter and exit confined spaces. - Ability to lift and hold up to 50 pounds from floor level to 48 inches. - Dexterity in fingers, arms, and hands enough to perform complex wiring, welding and written communication.

Sensory:
- Ability to view product for proper size and color.
- Ability to distinguish color coded equipment.
- Vision enough to distinguish operating lights and panels on machinery and equipment.
- Must be able to hear and identify audible alarm systems.
- Must be able to hear and identify normal and abnormal equipment operating sounds.
- Must be able to work in a 100 degree environment.

Communication:
- Speech and hearing abilities that allow the individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English (in person and via telephone) and/or other language, in required.
- Ability to generate written communication.
- Ability to read and review written communication, blue prints, wiring diagrams, schematics, etc.

- Ability to attend work on a regular and consistent basis.

Other:
- Ability to read, comprehend and practice necessary safety procedures, signs, etc.
- Must have ability to wear/use approved applicable safety equipment, as needed.
Desired Education:- Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology and/or equivalent formal training and work experience.
- Completion of formal management skills training program.
